Children's Sunday School Registration Form

Please complete this form and list all of your children who will be ages 2 years - 5th grade for the school year 2010 - 2011.  This will help us put your child inthe correct Sunday school class and make locating that child and parents easier if necessary. Remember, your child will stay in this class all year. They will not move up on their birthday. They will move up the following August. The new Sunday school class will begin on Sunday, August 22nd.   - Thanks so much!
