Children's Sunday School Registration

Children's Ministry now has a form available to you parents to register your children for the Fall Sunday School classes.

Just click on the link below, download the form, complete it and bring it by the church or mail it to us.  This will help us register your children for the upcoming year.  at the bottom of the form you will see a chart listing the birthdays and how they relate to classes, such as older 2's vs younger 2's.

We will soon  have an online  form available.  On that form you just complete it and hit send and it will come directly to Stacy.

This registration is for children ages 2 years old through 5th grade.
