Once the multimedia player opens, click on the heading that interests you, then click on the name of the specific item you would like to listen to or watch.
Once the player expands, click on the name of the file (beneath the rewind, pause and fast forward controls).
You may watch/listen within the media player, or click the downward pointing orange arrow to download the file to your computer.
